We make all of our Vausages in small batches every week using a blend of British-grown Quinoa, Pea Protein, Oyster Mushrooms and our signature blends of fresh herbs & spices.

Our Mexican Chorizo Vausages are our take on a traditional smokey & slightly spicy Mexican sausage. 

We toast 3 different Mexican chillies, which are then soaked & blended into a thick, smokey paste along with an authentic spice blend for a deep rich flavour. They work brilliantly crumbled into tacos, served along with chilli or on your Mexican-inspired breakfasts. That said, as with all of our sausages we highly recommend taking some inspiration from our hotdogs, to create your very own loaded creations, we load ours with a homemade chilli, melted cheese, fresh avocado guacamole, crushed nachos and a cascabel chilli & lime crema (similar to sour cream & very easy to veganise!).

Delivery

All orders are sent out frozen on Wednesdays with a next day courier service, to be delivered on Thursday. By ordering with us you accept that your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is available to receive the order upon delivery.
