We make all of our Vausages in small batches every week using a blend of British-grown Quinoa, Pea Protein, Oyster Mushrooms and our signature blends of fresh herbs & spices.

Our Hickory Smoke Kielbasa Vausages are inspired by Texas BBQ and are brimming with flavour. 

Made using fresh garlic, marjoram and plenty of hickory smoke, they are perfect for loaded sandwiches, breakfasts or accompanying your American-inspired favourites. That said, as with all of our sausages we highly recommend taking some inspiration from our hotdogs, to create your very own loaded creations, stacked with onions, relish, melted cheese and lashings of BBQ sauce (maybe a few pickles, if you're partial)...

Water, British Grown Quinoa, Textured British Pea Protein, Oyster Mushrooms, Rapeseed Oil, Kielbasa Seasoning Blend (Salt, Sugar Organic Vegetable Bouillon (Organic Rice Flour, Organic Onion Powder, Organic Carrot Powder, Spices (Organic Turmeric, Organic White Pepper), Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Parsley) Yeast Extract, Natural Flavour, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Ground CELERY, Marjoram, Potato Starch, Liquid Hickory Smoke (Water, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavour, Potato Flour, Methylcellulose, Coconut Oil, Garlic, Pea Protein Isolate, Konjac Gum, Plant-based Sausage Casings.

May Contain Traces of: Wheat, Celery, Mustard & Sesame.

Please allow for a slight weight variance of +/- 10% in weight due to the hand-made stages of our production process.

Delivery

All orders are sent out frozen on Wednesdays with a next day courier service, to be delivered on Thursday. By ordering with us you accept that your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is available to receive the order upon delivery.
