After years of foraging wild garlic and turning this beautiful herb into many wonderful dishes, we thought it would be a great idea to preserve it into some staple foods for you all to enjoy.
We make all of our Vausages in small batches every week using a blend of British-grown Quinoa, Pea Protein, Oyster Mushrooms and our signature blends of fresh herbs & spices.
This smokey sausage is full of flavour, we recommend cooking slowly to allow the cheeze to melt completely, giving you an oozey & umptious result. They work perfectly in most applications, from sandwiches & breakfasts to pasta dishes - be sure to get creative, but make the most of them as once they're gone, they're gone! Of course we do recommend saving a few for the BBQ, as it would be somewhat criminal not to try at least one of these limited edition Vausages on a hotdog.
